Consignor Information

Entering your consignor information correctly is very important, ESPECIALLY YOUR CONSIGNOR NUMBER. Supplying the correct information helps to ensure sold items are credited to the correct consignor, and that you get the extra 10% on your sold items if you help at the sale.   Enter all information carefully, and double check to be sure it's correct.  If you are unsure of your consignor number, see the example:


L-138-ZZJ is the consignor# for this example. Your own consignor#
is printed on all of your tags and also appears in your account when you log into the JBF tagging site.

If you don't know your consignor #, don't guess or make one up. Do not enter your name, phone#, etc. in the consignor# field. Familiarize yourself with your consignor #. You will need it to drop off, pickup and have questions answered about your account.


Dropping Off Tagged Items

Monday & Tuesday July 15th & 16th by appointment ONLY

Select a Drop Off time that works with your schedule. Children are welcome, but we strongly suggest not bringing them to Drop Off.  Check in when you arrive and follow the instructions for putting your items on the sales floor.  Please bring your own rack, wagon, cart or other means to get items from your car into the venue. (We have a limited number of racks for consignors to use).  Plan to arrive up to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time or up to 20 minutes after. Arriving too early or too late may result in delayed entry or cancellation of your appointment.

Team Member/Helper & Consignor Presale Days

Just Between Friends Charleston North is staffed by local parents and grandparents (and aunts, uncles, caregivers, and friends) just like YOU! If you want to maximize your earnings and shop BEFORE we open to the public, OR If you are interested in a part time job, without any long-term commitment, we invite you to join our JBF Charleston North Team!

There are THREE ways to help:

1. Consignor Team Member-

Team Members contribute directly to the sale of their items. Shifts that include task like setting up, inspection, organizing, sorting and breakdown will be available.

Shifts are 6 or 8 hours and enable Consignors to earn an additional 10% on all sold items + shop EARLY. 

*** Select and Help out with a Breakdown Shift, and you will get to SHOP items marked Reduced or Reduced & Donate for 75% OFF during Breakdown!

2. Community Team Member-

Community Team Members are members of the community that choose to give a helping hand and contribute their time to help out with the sale.  Shifts that include task like setting up, inspection, organizing, sorting, and breakdown will be available. 

Shifts are 4, 6, or 8 hours, and enable members of the community to earn a SHOPPING SPREE on us + shop EARLY. Community Team Members will earn $30 in JBFBucks per every 4 hour shift completed, $50 in JBFBucks per every 6 hour shift completed, or $70 in JBFBucks per every 8 hour shift completed. 

*** JBFBucks will be issued as a JBF Charleston North Gift Certificate and can be saved for future JBF Charleston North events! 

*** Select and Help out with a Breakdown Shift, and you will get to SHOP items marked Reduced or Reduced & Donate for 75% OFF  during Breakdown!

3. Retail Sales Specialists (RSS)- Cashier

Cashier (RSS) positions are paid hourly and are a 1099 Employed position. This position is a perfect part-time, flexible employment opportunity. 

Shifts are 8 hours, earn a paycheck, Shop EARLY, make friends, and make this community event MAGICAL! Pay is $10 per hour. Pay checks will be issued within 10 days after the completion of the sale.

Did you know that your friends or family members can join our Team without being consignors?? We have options for everyone! For those interested in joining our Team, but aren't interested in being a consignor, they can join as a Community Team Member or Paid Cashier (RSS)!

As a Thank You for being a part of our JBF Charleston North Sale, we invite you plus 1 friend to come and shop our sale, EARLY, before we open to the public (2x)! 

**You will receive your Presale Passes at the completion of your Drop Off. Make sure you do not leave without them!

Presale-  Tuesday, July 16, 2024 

  • Team Members/Helpers- Start at 12:30 pm
  • Consignors- Start at 1:30 pm

Half Price Presale- Friday, July 19th, 2024

  • Team Members/Helpers- Start at 2:00 pm
  • Consignors- Start at 3:00 pm


Picking Up Unsold Items (Item Pickup will be Monday, July 22, 2024)

  • If you chose to mark ALL of your item tags to DONATE when you entered and printed your item tags, you're all set! We have relationships with area non-profit organizations whose mission is to serve those in need. You can feel good knowing that your unsold items will be used and loved by others who appreciate your generosity.
  • If you chose not to donate your unsold items when you entered and printed your item tags, you must reserve an appointment below to pick them up.

**Please Note, items having tags that show they are to be donated will be donated even if you check here that you are picking them up. This form is for you to make an appointment to pick up your items, it in no way changes what you have printed on your tag.

**As a THANK YOU for donating ALL your unsold items to our Charity Partner after the sale, we waive your Consignor Fee and let you shop earlier at the Presale!
